TAP IT Solutions provides software development, hardware integration, and project management services. We deliver programmes with clear governance so sponsors can follow milestones, deliverables, and delivery health.

3. Client Portal Access

Access to our client portal is provided to authorised users only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Project Delivery & Milestones

We commit to delivering projects according to agreed milestones and timelines. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates may be adjusted based on project complexity, client feedback cycles, and unforeseen technical challenges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom software and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary code developed during your project.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require an initial deposit with subsequent payments tied to milestone completions. Late payments may result in project delays.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and proprietary data. Our team is bound by non-disclosure agreements to protect your business interests.

8. Limitation of Liability

TAP IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the liability.
